Mr. A. R. Ksrishnamoorthy after ISC did his Diploma in mechanical & Electrical Engineering from The Calcutta Technical School, Kolkata and simultaneously did his apprenticeship with
- M/s. Bhartia Electric Steel Co. Ltd., Kolkata, under the Sandwich system. During the years 1950 -54 he underwent vocational training apprenticeship with M/s. TISCO Ltd. foundry for six months. |
| During 1954 – 55 he has trained abroad in the USA, UK, Belgium and West Germany through Telco, Jamshedpur foundry. |
| From June 1956 to May 1986, he has worked in the steel foundry and iron foundry sand plant, sand washing plant, sand lab and process control departments and retired as Head of the Process Control Department. |
| He has authored two books on Sand Practice and published through IIF in 1990 and 1996. |
| He has conducted workshop / clinic in various chapters of IIF. He has been a faculty member in Pune for 10 years. He is currently engaged in consultancy services on sands for various foundries | |
