| The Author Mr S.Subramanian graduated in Metallurgy from IIT Madras in 1971 and joined Tata Motors Ltd.,Pune (previously Telco.Pune). He had a long and illustrious Career with Tata Foundries over more than three decades and has had hands on experience in all Foundry operations. |
| Given his inclination for scientific pursuit of all matters Technical, he remained chief Technologist for Tata Foundries in Pune for the last decade of his association with Tata Foundry. |
Mr Mani - as he is popularly known, has been part of NCTS over last few years and has contributed a lot to NCTS activities. He has authored a scholarly book on Green Sand Molding which is available as NCTS product. He has also contributed significantly in the narration of journey of Cold Box Process.
